Doctor, why do I keep singing
A man walks into a doctor's surgery and says, "Doctor, why do I keep singing 'The Green, Green Grass of Home'?"
The doctor replies, "Hmmm, I think this must be a case of Tom Jones syndrome"
"Is that rare?", the man asks.
"Well", says the doctor, "It's not unusual"
